TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All orders are sent by Skynet couriers unless otherwise stated and will be dispatched within 1 working day of your payment being received. A standard road freight cost is included in the price and delivery is usually within 4 working days. For urgent orders via air freight an extra charge may be levied. Please note this is applicable for orders within the borders of South Africa.
For export orders please note freight is not included in the price and will be calculated according to the weight of the package and is charged according to the prevailing rates charged by the Courier Service. A final quotation including shipping costs will then be sent to you.
While we endeavour to offer you the most economical mode of transportation we reserve the right to select alternative delivery means to ensure the best service. Any additional charges will be communicated beforehand.
You are more than welcome to arrange your own courier service and they can collect directly from Genop Healthcare, 72 Morkels Close, Capital Hill Commercial Estate, Le Roux Avenue Midrand 1685. No credit will be given for delivery costs.
If you have any special requirements, please email us in advance and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
If your item is not in stock, we will order it for you. You will be alerted to this by email and will be kept informed throughout.
We will accept returns provided the garment has not been worn, the item (including packaging) is in a re-saleable condition and it is returned within 14 days of purchase. The shipping cost for returning the cargo shall be to your account.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you in accordance with Act No. 4 of the 2013 Protection of Personal Information Act.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will contact you via email / telephonically only to update you on your order and the status of delivery.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will not pass your details onto a third party.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a cookie which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Your order will be acknowledged on our website on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. Occasionally we may be unable to deliver if stock runs out or is withdrawn or circumstances arise beyond our control such as acts of God, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, or legislation. If such a problem arises, we will advise you as soon as we can and you will be issued with an immediate refund of any payment made. This will discharge any liability for failure to deliver the goods in question.
Order Acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions below Cancellations.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
Payment may be made by electronic funds transfer or by credit card.
You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Where goods are delivered by reliable courier, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1 day of confirmation of payment. Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery within the borders of South Africa and up to 10 working days for export orders. We will let you know as soon as we can if there is likely to be a delay.
All measurements are approximate. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy or simply do not want the products you have ordered, let us know within 7 days of receiving them and we will arrange for a full refund to be made after you return the goods to us in their original condition. This 7day period starts the day after you receive the goods. The refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation.
If you wish to cancel before the items are dispatched you are asked to contact us, by e-mail or phone as soon as is practicably possible.
If your cancellation is received after the items have been dispatched just send it back to us unopened for a refund of full purchase price.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will not be refunded in any case. Shipping charges for returning the items ordered should be borne by the customer only.
